　　聚四氟乙烯具有很多优良的性能。诸如很低的摩擦系数、不粘的表面特性、宽广的使用温度范围-180～+260、优良的耐老化及耐化学腐蚀性能等。
　　膨體聚四腐乙烯生料带采用100%聚四氟乙烯作原料，它具有微细长织维和节组成的网状膨體结构。膨體聚四腐乙烯生料带并具有韧性好、纵向强度高、横向易于变形的特点。它是盤更及螺纹上密封的理想材料。但它不能在与高浓度或液氧相触的场合使用。
